Stay twice within one calendar year (365 days) or refer someone who stays (see “referred by partner described below) and we double the offer on your second stay – about $2000 for Private Paradise Cozumel or Costa Rica stays and $1000 on average for stays completed at our USA properties.

If you refer someone who books a Slopes to Sands Dream Home as the group leader, then you also earn a 5% booking partner rebate check on your next booking – about $1000 on Avg. for Private Paradise Cozumel or Costa Rica stays and $500 on average for stays completed at our USA properties.

The referred guest must be a new guest, meaning they have never stayed at a Slopes to Sands property and state at the time of booking that they were “referred by _____”. We will send you an email with your “referred by“ credit for you to retain and present at the time of making your next booking .

Terms and definitions

• Referred by credits – expire 2 years from the date of issue.
• Principal guest – is the person who signs the lease.
• Guest – is any previously registered guest over 18 years of age who stayed at a Slopes to Sands Dream Vacation Home property *and signed a guest waiver for that stay*.
• Guest who books through VRBO or TripAdvisor or Airbnb or similar 3rd parties do not qualify for any of the Slopes to Sands Dream Vacation Club Rewards Program.
